Oxygen/fuel gas twin hose for use in welding and cutting. It is made up of three layers: - a smooth internal layer in black synthetic rubber resistant to the action of welding gases, - the reinforcement with high tenacity textile inserts, - the external covering in special synthetic rubber resistant to abrasion, flame and atmospheric agents. The hoses separate easily, without breakages. Each hose is marked along the length with: ISO3821 standard, working pressure (in Mega Pascal and bar), internal diameter (in mm) and year of production (last two digits). ATTENTION: The ISO 3821 (EN559) standard DOES NOT PROVIDE FOR THE EXPIRY OF RUBBER HOSE for industrial use, because it is impossible to define a duration over time in relation to the different conditions of use. However, it is recommended to replace the hose every 3 years in severe conditions, and every 5 years for other conditions even if the hose appears to be in good condition.
